Consolidated Life History
Born and raised in Missouri, I snagged a Bachelor's degree in Biology before hightailing it to the mountains (or hills, depending on your perspective) of Virginia for a Master's in Education. But enough about academia—let's talk vacations! My family has been enjoying the Northwoods since my grandparents' day, and the allure of the Northwoods stuck with me. Fast forward to 2013, and I couldn't resist joining my folks in Hayward. Career-wise, I've worn more tools than a hardware store, but nothing beats the thrill of weaving my way through the curvy path of entrepreneurship, one flagstone at a time. Here's to fixing stuff up and an ever-growing collection of work gloves!
Unveiling My Passion Palette
In a world where hobbies are like spices in a kitchen, I'm a chef blending a bit of green-thumb gardening, a dash of adrenaline-fueled mountain biking, and a sprinkle of serene fishing and kayaking into the pot. When I'm not busy coding up a storm or pouting when the Packers lose, you'll likely catch me tinkering on my own home improvement projects or playing music with my Dad at Boulder Lodge on Saturday nights. And of course, my trusty side-kick Holly (who actually has her own website, the spoiled mutt...) accompanies me on every adventure, whether it's stealing peas from the bowl as I harvest or effortlessly outrunning me as she dashes alongside my bike. Knee-deep in soil or a fishing hole, one thing's for sure—I'm living life with novel zest, a side of Wisconsin sharp cheddar, and a loyal, fuzzy companion by my side.
