My pricing model is based on time ($50/hr) and materials cost.
With a pricing model based on time and materials, I can provide a rough estimate of how long a project might take. But I do not provide formal estimates or offer bids, which are necessarily padded to compensate for surprises. I believe this provides the best value because you only pay for the work required to do the job. My references can vouch for my work ethic, honesty and competence.

After 7 days of work on your property (for longer projects) or after the completion of a shorter job I will submit an invoice.
I am happy to! But...these services are subject to sales tax unless they comprise less than 10% of my invoiced services. To avoid the complications of remitting sales tax, I avoid these services unless they can be lumped into a larger invoice of non-taxable services.
Absolutely! Depending on the distance and nature of your project, we can agree on a fair trip fee to compensate my time and mileage.
I clear roofs and walkways, but do not plow yet. However, I am looking into adding that service soon and would appreciate knowing if you're interested!
If you already have materials or prefer to purchase them yourself, that's fantastic and can help you save some money. I'm happy to pick up anything required, but please note that I invoice for the time spent shopping.
